Welcome to sealcto.com. These Terms govern your access to the services provided by the Seal Community Takeover and its governing council, Seal Team 6.
1. Nature of the Project
Community-Led: There is no centralized corporation. Management is handled by volunteer members and the Seal Team 6 council. We are working towards being registered as a Decentralized Unincorporated Nonprofit Association (DUNA) in the state of Wyoming.
As-Is Basis: All tools, including NFT migration, are provided without warranties of any kind.
2. NFT Migration & CTO dNFT Swaps
The Site provides a portal for migrating legacy Seal NFTs to the new CTO dNFT Collections.
- Eligibility: Requires proof of ownership via on-ledger data and verification.
- Finality: Blockchain transactions are permanent. Actions cannot be reversed.
- Manual Distribution: CTO NFTs are distributed from a developer-held wallet until the transition to the community multi-sig is complete.
3. Governance & Council
Decisions regarding treasury and development are made by the 6-member Seal Team 6 council. By using this Site, you acknowledge the council manages the VPS and official assets for the benefit of $SEAL holders.

Seal Team 6 shall not be liable for loss of funds due to wallet mismanagement, third-party hacks, or fluctuations in the market value of $SEAL.
6. Intellectual Property
The "Seal CTO" name, logos, Seal and Seal Scrolls NFT IP rights are community-owned. Official branding is managed by the CTO to prevent confusion or further rugs.
7. Rewards, Points & Chips
Promotional rewards only: SEAL Reward Points and Fish Chips are promotional rewards. They carry no monetary value, are not a currency or financial instrument, cannot be purchased, and confer no ownership of or right to any token.
Subject to change: We may modify, suspend, expire, or reset point and chip earn rates, conversion rates, balances, daily limits, and game mechanics at any time and for any reason, including to protect the integrity of the rewards program.
Social play: The arcade and the Fish & Chips casino are for entertainment. Outcomes are determined by a provably-fair server process; no purchase is necessary and chips have no cash value.
Future redemption: Redemption of Chips for any future on-chain reward is not currently available. If offered in the future, it will be governed by separate terms published at that time, and nothing here guarantees any redemption, rate, or value.
